Independent, non-government service

UP Land Info Pro+ is independently developed. It is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Government of Uttar Pradesh, Government of India, or any government department. अंतिम पुष्टि संबंधित सरकारी पोर्टल या कार्यालय से करें।

Privacy Policy गोपनीयता नीति

This policy covers land-record search, government portal links, GPS measurement, OCR, PDF and image tools, notes, reminders, accounts, advertisements and AI-assisted drafting.

यह नीति बताती है कि कौन-सी जानकारी डिवाइस पर रहती है और कौन-सी जानकारी चुनी गई सेवा देने के लिए सर्वर या तृतीय-पक्ष सेवा को भेजी जा सकती है।

On your device

Local app data

Settings, bookmarks, history, notes, reminders, OCR text, GPS measurements, file references and drafts may be stored locally.

Sent when requested

Land-record queries

District, tehsil, village, year, khata/khasra/gata number, owner-name query and technical request data may pass through our server to retrieve public records.

Account data

Profile and login

If you create an account, we process name, mobile, optional email, password hash, authentication token and data you explicitly sync.

AI feature

AI-assisted text

Text and form details submitted to AI may pass through our server to an AI provider. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive data.

With permission

Camera, photos, microphone & location

Access occurs only after permission and when you activate a related feature. Voice dictation keeps the transcript; raw audio is not intentionally stored by the voice-note feature.

Security

Technical data

IP address, timestamps, request status, device/app information and limited error logs may be processed for abuse prevention and reliability.

Services, sharing & retention

  • Government portals: operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
  • AI providers: receive content needed for an AI request through our backend.
  • Google services: Maps and ads may process identifiers, approximate location, interactions and diagnostics under Google policies.
  • Device services: printing, sharing, file selection and speech recognition process content when you choose them.
  • No sale promise: we do not sell personal information; disclosure may occur when legally required or needed to protect the service.

Local data remains until you delete it, clear app storage or uninstall. Server records are retained only as reasonably needed for security, service delivery, disputes and legal obligations.

Public information access

Accuracy and availability depend on external government systems and network conditions.

Not proof of title

Results, maps, OCR text, downloads and summaries are not certified title records or conclusive proof of ownership.

AI drafts are not official

Review every name, date, number and conclusion. AI can be inaccurate.

GPS and calculations are estimates

Areas, overlays, conversions, stamp-duty and circle-rate results are estimates—not cadastral surveys or valuations.

No professional advice

The app does not provide legal, surveying, financial or government advice.

External links

We do not control third-party portal uptime, content, authentication, security or changes.

Obtain certified records from UP Bhulekh, eDistrict, IGRSUP, the relevant Tehsil/Registrar office, court or other competent authority.

Security, children & changes

We use reasonable safeguards, but no app, device or internet transmission is completely secure. The service is not directed to children under 13. We may update this page as features, providers or requirements change.

Questions or privacy requests?

Use subject “Privacy Request”. Never send passwords, OTPs, full identity numbers or unnecessary document copies.
