Bhulekh Sathi is an independent app that links users to land-record and other public-service websites. Its Google Play release notes, updated 20 October 2026, describe a new official route for correcting selected Khatauni details, an eCourts civil-case status service, improvements to Downloads and Favorites, and portal error/stability fixes. The older wording on this page overstated other additions; this revision follows the currently visible release notes and links readers to the responsible official services.
What the latest update says
- Khatauni correction: the release note says a new official portal is available for correcting share (अंश), name, guardian and address details.
- eCourts: the release note says a civil-case status service was added. Case records and status are provided by the court system, not by Bhulekh Sathi.
- Downloads and Favorites: the developer says these pages were improved; exact interface behavior may differ by app version.
- Portal errors and stability: the developer reports fixes. This is a release-note statement, not an independent performance test.
Use the official Khatauni correction service
For share, name, guardian or address corrections, start at the Uttar Pradesh Bhulekh department’s official Ansh Sanshodhan portal. Its public form is specifically titled for error correction in these Khatauni fields. The department’s public application guide shows the information and document-upload steps displayed in the form. Follow the current portal instructions, keep the application reference and supporting records, and contact the responsible revenue office if the online form does not cover your issue. Do not treat a private app screen or an online view as a certified record or an approval.
Check a district-court case on eCourts
Use the official eCourts Case Status page for district and taluka court case searches. Select the relevant state, district and court details and enter the search information requested by the portal. This service is for court cases; it is separate from revenue-court matters handled through the Uttar Pradesh revenue-court system. Confirm that the court type matches your case before relying on a result.
What Bhulekh Sathi is—and is not
The Google Play listing describes Bhulekh Sathi as an independent, non-governmental app that provides links to public websites and PDF/image utilities on a device. It says the app has no official affiliation with or endorsement by the governments or listed institutions. The app may make it easier to find a relevant service, but the government portal or court remains the source of record, eligibility rules, fees, decisions and case status.
The current app listing also links to UP Bhulekh, Bhu-Naksha, e-District, revenue-dispute and other services. Open the official destination to verify any result. A link inside an app does not mean the app controls the portal or can change a land record or court order.
Install and check the current version
See the current Bhulekh Sathi Google Play listing for Android availability and release notes. The app also has a separate Apple App Store listing; features and update timing can differ by platform. Visit the SarkariAsk app information page for our summary.
Data safety note
Google Play marks the app “Contains ads.” Its developer-provided Data safety section says the app may collect and share location, app activity and other data types; it also reports encryption in transit and says data cannot be deleted. Disclosures can vary with version, region and use. Read the current Google Play Data safety details and the linked privacy policy before use. Store disclosures are supplied by the developer and are not an independent security audit.
